Steve Sadler

Steve Sadler is the Chief Executive Officer of REGAIN Investment Manager, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and investment banking. Under his leadership, the company has developed a sophisticated, focused, and technology-driven asset management platform that has significantly improved operational efficiency and performance. Throughout his career, Steve has successfully raised capital for startups, led the growth and operations of early-stage companies, and managed a wide range of acquisition and divestiture transactions. As the former Chief Financial Officer of Allegiancy, he oversaw over $300 million in Regulation D private placements and positioned the firm as one of the first to utilize Regulation A for equity fundraising. Steve has raised more than $1 billion in capital across both public markets and private investment platforms. Steve earned a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Florida State University and obtained his Chartered Finacial Analyst Designation in 1998.
